Abstract
Sulfosalt SnSb4S7 thin films could be used as a potential candidate in many technological applications such as photovoltaic solar cells due to its high absorption coefficient. SnSb4S7 thin films were obtained by the thermal vacuum evaporation technique. Here we investigate the effect of the annealing process on the structural, morphological and optical properties of these thin films. The films were annealed in air atmosphere in the temperatures range 100–250°C for 1h. Absorption coefficients higher than 104cm−1 were found.
