Abstract
Using pressure for tuning the band structure we have demonstrated that Si-DX centers in AlGaAs create shallow effective mass states linked to each of the minima (Γ ,L and X) of the conduction band. The presence of the state which we attribute to the L minimum is also confirmed by magnetic freezeout measurements, revealing an interaction (anticrossing effect) between the Γ and L-Like states.
