Abstract
The article provides a review of scientific works devoted to the study of the process of screw rolling on two and three-roll rolling mills. In these works, the main approaches to the study of the stressed and deformed state, as well as the microstructure of the metal of the billet in the processes of screw rolling are considered. The features of radial-displacement rolling are also described. In the considered works, the influence of the technological parameters of the rolling process on the shape change of the billet is studied at a qualitative level. In this paper, using computer modeling in the QForm program, the influence of the feed angle on the stress-strain state in the workpiece during rolling on a three-roll mill was studied. During the study, the feed angle varied from 6 to 16°. The parameters of the stressed and deformed state were measured at 10 points in the cross section of the clamping rolls. The paper provides a quantitative assessment of the changes in the stress state index and the degree of deformation depending on the feed angle. The paper also analyzes the effect of the feed angle on the energy-power parameters of rolling. A quantitative assessment of the distribution of the degree of deformation and the stress state index in the workpiece is given, as well as an analysis of the force conditions of the radial-displacement rolling process. The study was carried out within the framework of the basic part of the state task in the field of scientific activity No. 0836-2020-0020.
