Abstract
Objective To investigate the cognition level of health - related law among clinical nurses.Methods A total of 510 nursing staff in third - grade class were investigated by 'clinical nursing care related legal cognition.' Results The clinical nurse's health -related legal knowledge total score was lower, (15.51 ± 6.168) points.Different homeplace,job title,work experiences,the cognitive score about health- related law the nurses got were statistically significant; clinical nurse's health -related legal awareness had a negative correlation with clinical disputes incidence.Conclusions Nurses should be focus on health - related laws training,especially with lower seniority,job title and born in rural family,in order to own better theory for the nursing job.
