Abstract

Objective To investigate and analyze the inducing factors and psychological status of peptic ulcer patients with hemorrhage so as to provide data for further health instruction.Methods 82 peptic ulcer patients with hemorrhage were underwent the investigation of self-designing questionnaire and Zung anxiety scale,and the relation of hemorrhagic frequency with factors inducing hemorrhage and the patients' psychological status was analyzed.Results The inducing factors and Zung scores on anxiety of peptic ulcer patients with hemorrhage were hisher than those of controls.The two-type scoces are positively related to the time of hemorrhage.The higher the Zung scores were.the more the hemorrhagic frequency were.Conclusions Nursing staff should strengthen instruction about inducing factors and psychological status,so as to avoid bleeding again among the patients.
