Abstract

Thermal Numerical modeling and aerodynamic processes taking place in a V-corrugated solar air heater and wavy shaped fins is performed. The analysis of this study is done through ANSYS software. The technological variables (the Reynolds number) on heat-exchange processes influence of design (the step between the fins) and flow aerodynamics was also established. Pictorial contours are determined for the velocity distribution, pressure, and other characteristics of the airflow in the solar air-heater box. Thermodynamic characteristics and effective values of technological parameters for the effective use of a solar air heater also studied. V-corrugated and wavy fin used Heat transfer correlations were created with the help of experimental outcomes with respect to the parameter considered for this investigation.
