Abstract
In order to investigate the situation and explore the cultivation of creative thinking ability of postgraduates, questionnaire survey was carried out among 517 medical postgraduates in Shandong Province and the results were analyzed by SPSS 11.5 statistics software. The results showed that medical postgraduates were lack of creative thinking ability in common and there were differences among them in creative consciousness, creative thinking method and so on. Thus, school and tutors should culture postgraduates according to their characteristics so as to improve their creative thinking ability.
