Abstract
Focusing on live line test of electric energy metering device, this essay developed a new smart electric meter junction device which is a combination of scientific design of structure, material and industrial art. And the new type device realizes One Installation, Life-time Working on field error test, replacement of electric meter and voltage drop test of secondary circuit. Achievements on the research are applied in the domain of live line test of electrical energy meter, without change the terminal blocks or wires, realizing intrinsic safety by special structure. In the application of the device statistics and analysis shows that reliability is confirmed, labour intensity and safety risk is sharply reduced,working efficiency is significantly promoted.
