Abstract
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of Rh (D) negative blood donors in Jincheng, and to solve the difficult problem of clinical blood transfusion of rare type. Methods The growth of Rh (D) negative blood donors and the clinical application of Rh (D) negative blood in Jincheng from 1997 to 2016 were statistically analyzed. Results Increase of Rh (D) negative blood donors could not meet the need for blood clinical application volume, and the blood application vol-ume of each type was inconsistent with the number of available donors. Conclusions Storage of rare blood is not enough, and it is necessary to strengthen the management and development of Rh (D) negative blood supply team, strengthen publicity, introduce new technology and new level, and ensure the clinical blood supply volume as much as possible.
