Abstract

Objective To investigate the psychological capital, job satisfaction and job burnout of clinical nurses, and analyze the relationship between them, so as to provide evidence for nursing management. Methods A total of 448 clinical nurses were surveyed using the nurse psychological capital questionnaire, nursing job satisfaction scale, Maslach job burnout survey questionnaire. Results The score of PCQ for clinical nurses was(87.42±9.75)points, RESE score was (120.19±15.33)points and MBI-GS score was(4.06±0.35)points.Nursing job satisfaction and psychological capital showed negative correlation with job burnout.Psychological capital showed positive correlation with nursing job satisfaction.Structural equation model analysis showed that nursing job satisfaction and psychological capital can directly affect job burnout, nursing job satisfaction could also directly affect psychological capital, and indirectly affected job burnout through the mediating effect of psychological capital. Conclusions Clinical nurses' psychological capital and job satisfaction are further improved, and job burnout is more serious.Nursing job satisfaction and psychological capital have significant predictive effect on job burnout, and psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between nursing job satisfaction and job burnout.
