In 2017, in the far passenger railroad, expenses were covered by only 57 %. At the moment, one third of citizens of our state have the right to preferential transportation by rail, almost every fifth passenger uses the services of the railways free of charge or with a 50% discount. The research concludes that multimodal passenger transport technologies are a more complex modification of the organizational, technical, legal, and economic issues of the transport complex.Multimodal passenger transportation – a special subspecies of transportation, in which various types of transport are used in a complex and gradual manner. That's why, on the example of multimodal communication, the technology of a single ticket has been developed. Therefore, the proposed technology will provide an opportunity to increase profits, as it will be attractive to passengers. After all, provided that PJSC «Ukrzaliznytsia» initiates a single ticket, the passenger will be able to reduce the time on the road.
