Abstract

Craig D. Howard is an Assistant Professor of Instructional Technology at Texas A&M University—Texarkana. He holds a PhD from Indiana University Bloomington in Instructional Systems Technology, and an MA in TESOL from Teachers College Columbia University. Prior to coming to Texas, Craig has taught at universities in Atlanta, New York City, and Tokyo, Japan as well as in K-12 schools for the New York City Board of Education and for the New York State Department of Social Services. Craig has designed learning for Microsoft and Cambridge University Press, and researches innovative designs for learning professional discourses.
