Abstract

The article highlights the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process of preschool education and the essence of innovative pedagogical activities as a special type of creative activity of the teacher. The essence of the concept of «innovation» is revealed, which is interpreted as the process of mastering innovation (new tool, method, technique, technology, program, etc.), which characterizes the search, implementation in the educational process and creative rethinking of ideal methods and programs aimed at developing personality. , and «innovative technology» acts as a component of the pedagogical process, reflecting its leading, essential characteristics – a set of consistent interactions for development. The author determined that the use of innovative technologies in practice is carried out at three levels: general pedagogical (used at a certain stage of learning), subject-laboratory (used in the sense of a separate method) and local (concerning elements of the educational process). Based on the analysis, the following innovative technologies used in the preschool education system are identified: game technologies, problem-based learning technologies, developmental learning technologies, alternative technologies, computer technologies. In particular, the author investigated that the introduction of innovative technology is gradual and has the following stages: acquaintance with the innovation, the author's program; study of tasks provided by the legislation; search for additional information, analysis of colleagues' practice and comparison of the results obtained and its process; psychological, methodical, theoretical training of teachers; development of models, recommendations for the implementation of the selected technology; organization, control over the innovation process, making adjustments (if necessary); monitoring the management of the innovation implementation process. Based on the stages of implementation of innovations, it is determined that one of the conditions for the implementation of innovative technologies in the practice of the institution is the readiness of the teacher to innovate, which is carried out at the appropriate levels.
