Abstract

These notes will analyze the concept, origin, importance, content and functions of Constitutional Procedural Law, the highest custodian of the rule of law, especially highlighting the importance of its implementation and recognition today in a country that has an effective democracy. essentially regulated by a Constitution that contains the basic norms that regulate the exercise of power by the authority and the full recognition of the fundamental constitutional guarantees, including in both cases their full and complete jurisdictional protection, through due process.
