Intrauterine torsion of a wandering spleen presenting as an abdominal cystic swelling

Abstract

Wandering spleen is a rare clinical condition that presents commonly with splenic infarction secondary to torsion. Intrauterine torsion of a wandering spleen, however, is extremely rare.
