Abstract
Resonance guest editor Charles Eppley speaks with Bill Solomon, Jerry Pergolesi, and Sarah Hennies of the Queer Percussion Research Group. They discuss the group’s recently published zine, barriers to funding for queer art, the cis-heteronormative orientations of new music and the percussion music repertoire, and how experimental artistic research can be a productive strategy for community building and self-expression.
