He also has several years of experience in project, program and product Management. He is particularly strong in managing teams spread across the globe. Ravi has a MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park, MD and has a MS in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, NY. He also has a BS in Chemical Engineering from India. Ravi has been involved several multi-million dollar systems development projects and holds the PMP certification from the PMI Institute and as well as a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).Choton Basu is an Associate Professor of Management Computer Systems at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. His research interests include information technology in global companies, social media platforms, process management, and technology platforms in education. He has published his research is Decision Sciences, Journal of Global Information Technology Management, Journal of Information Privacy and Security, Journal of Business Research and several other journals.
