His areas of interest include e-business, project management, business process innovation, flexible business models, emerging market economies, and information technologies in global organizations. He has published his research in Journal of Business Research, Decisions Sciences, Journal of Global IT Management, International Journal of Information Management, Educause Quarterly and others.
