Interview With Prof. Rashaunda Henderson: The New MTT-S President [Women in Microwaves

Abstract

As we kick off 2022, most likely in a virtual or hybrid live/virtual new normal way, I had the pleasure of a conversation with our incoming IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society (MTT-S) president, Rashaunda Henderson ( <xref ref-type="fig" rid="fig1" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">Figure 1</xref> ). Before we begin, let me share that when I met Rashaunda more than 10 years ago ( <xref ref-type="fig" rid="fig2" xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">Figure 2</xref> ), what I recall the most is that her smile and inclusive personality stood out long before we even said hello.
