Abstract
The article considers intertextual interaction as background and intertextuality dialogic grounds of realization in modern Ukrainian newspaper text. Intertextuality is understood as a recursive relationship with certain texts as a process of mutual influence and interpenetration of the two texts into each other, resulting intertextual elements of predtekst appear in the «new» text. The relationship between dialogue and intertextual categories has been found, which is a manifestation of dialogue intertext in a basic newspaper report.
