Abstract

Under the background of globalization and the Belt and Road Initiative, there are many research results about the construction of “double first class” in higher education field in China. However, there is still a lack of research results on the background of “double first-class” construction based on the foundation of big data. Therefore, the research content of this paper is based on big data “double first-class” university internationalization process analysis. In this paper, through questionnaire survey and literature review, on the basis of multiple college campus network full coverage and information platform, the “isolated information system” data association between colleges and universities, mining and analyzing big data, extracting useful information, to assist in the analysis of the internationalization process of China’s colleges and universities. And the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures are put forward. The experimental results show that the objective data in universities in China has revealed some problems. The economic effect of internationalization of higher education in China has not been fully realized. Lack of competitiveness, in the international ranking of universities and education in the international reputation does not occupy an advantage. Starting from the imperfection of graduate organization education system and internal operation, this paper explores the practical dilemma of internationalization implementation of colleges and Universities under the background of “double first-class” construction, analyzes the reasons, and puts forward effective countermeasures.
