Abstract
These proceedings are based on the program of the workshop dedicatedto complex transport phenomena observed in nonlinear dynamical systems.Understanding the paths from dynamics to kinetics and from kineticsto transport will involve a strong interdisciplinary interaction amongexperts in theory and applications. In this workshop a particularattention was devoted to applications in fluid mechanics and plasmaphysics.
