Abstract

international crimes that constitute a real threat to international peace and security, a serious violation of human rights and a serious obstacle to political, economic, social and cultural development, especially in view of the increasing number of terrorist acts throughout the world. Therefore, no single State can eradicate terrorism except by strengthening international cooperation efforts in combating this crime, especially with regard to the exchange of information among the security services on the activities of terrorist organizations, their leaders, elements and strongholds, the movements of their elements from one place to another, the persons involved in financing them, between the financial query cells on money laundering and the financing of terrorism through banking institutions.
