The assistance of scientific experts in science, engineering, technological development, and innovation allowed generating knowledge and solutions that impacted the socio-economic development of the region and the country.Traditionally there has been a separation between the academy and the real needs of industries. One possible reason was that researchers in the academic world, even if they had all knowledge, had limited access to industrial requirements and applications. On the other hand, have been very difficult for them to replicate and experiment with all kinds of technical and non-technical problems that occur in a real production environment. Notwithstanding, the EISI international meeting has allowed closing this gap between the academy and the industry, by mean of shared knowledge and scientific divulgation, specifically in the areas of sciences and engineering.List of Organizing Committee and Academic and Scientific Committees are available in this pdf.
