Abstract

PrefaceWe are so delightful to announce that 2019 2nd International Conference on Advanced Algorithms and Control Engineering (ICAACE 2019) will be held on April 26-28, 2019 in Guilin, China, which is to promote research and developmental activities in advanced algorithms and control engineering, and to promote academic and scientific communication among researchers, developers, engineers, students, and practitioners from home and abroad.ICAACE 2019 is to bring together innovative academics and industrial experts in the field of advanced algorithms and control engineering to a common forum. We trust that the conference will be an ideal platform for people to share views and experiences in advanced algorithms and control engineering and related areas.We have divided the themes of papers into four parts:1.
