Abstract

The article considers internal factors that reduce the effectiveness of management systems. Three key factors have been identified. The first is the poor relationship between modern IT systems that are widely implemented in enterprises (1C, SAP, etc.) and documents describing the system. The second is the low level of awareness of management system implementation specialists about the variety of applied tools. The third is the lack of understanding and direct relationship of how the implementation of an effective management system affects the economic performance of the company.
