Abstract

Probabilities of intercombination transitions 2${\mathit{s}}^{2}$ $^{1}$${\mathit{S}}_{0}$--2s2p $^{3}$${\mathit{P}}_{1}$, 2s3p $^{3}$${\mathit{P}}_{1}$ for Be-like ions are calculated along the isoelectronic sequence for a large range of Z with the 1/Z expansion method. Results agree well with experimental data, including the recent ones. A comparison is also made with other theoretical calculations.
