Abstract

Comparative role is discussed of various interactions leading to the anomaly of temperature dependence of electrical conductivity near ferroelectric phase transition. For the first time, spin dependent interaction of carriers with the soft mode is taken into account and is shown to be of importance for interpretation of some experimental data.
