Abstract

Aiming at the characteristics of complicated partial discharge test equipment and strict operating procedures for insulating parts, a set of intelligent interactive system for partial discharge tests of insulating parts based on AR technology has been developed. This article first sorts out the operating procedures of the test equipment, and analyzes the data and scene interaction mechanism during the test. Then explore the use of 3D laser scanning technology, space recognition technology, simultaneous localization and mapping (SLAM) technology, AR technology to build a system technology framework that includes the underlying data layer, technical support layer, user layer, and application presentation layer. Finally, the test results of the navigation function in the application presentation layer are shown. Through on-site testing, HoloLens AR glasses can realize the intelligent perception of the electrical test environment and key parts of the test equipment after loading the intelligent interactive system, achieve the effect of intelligent interaction, and achieve the purpose of improving test efficiency and ensuring operation quality and safety.
