Abstract

In China today, as the socio-economic level and people's living standard are increasing, tourism, a tertiary industry that can drive economic development and enhance spiritual construction, is also facing significant challenges. With the rapid development of domestic tourism, people have higher requirements for public service facilities in tourist attractions in the context of the need to optimize the tourism experience. Public facilities in scenic spots are the medium of communication between people, scenic spots and nature, and the relationship between people, products and environment should be considered while satisfying the use function of public facilities, but the insufficient number and imprecise positioning of public facilities in scenic spots lead to the uneven level of public services in each scenic spot. This paper takes “humanistic care” as the design basis, aims to improve the overall service value level of the scenic area in Jiangxi Longhu Mountain, takes the user as the center, analyzes the ecological concept in the Taoist culture of Jiangxi Longhu Mountain, focuses on the universality of intelligent public product functions, and tries to design intelligent public facilities based on the combination of intelligent retail and tourist observation platform. The innovative point is to explore the feasibility of intelligent design and research of public facilities based on Taoist culture.
