Abstract

Process intelligent design and optimization is an important component of intelligent manufacturing. Aiming at the intelligent manufacturing requirements of urban rail vehicle manufacturing enterprises, this paper mainly discusses the intelligent design and optimization of the assembly process for urban rail vehicle. Firstly, this paper analyzes the status quo and problems of assembly process for urban rail vehicle, on this basis, a framework model of intelligent design and optimization of assembly process for urban rail vehicle is proposed, and the key technologies in the model are analyzed. Intelligent optimization of assembly sequence is one of the key technologies in process intelligent design and optimization. Therefore, the optimization model of assembly sequence of urban rail vehicle based on genetic algorithm is established. Taking the on board assembly of urban rail vehicle as an example, the assembly sequence coding method, the fitness function and the genetic operator design are studied, and the optimal assembly sequence is obtained.
