Abstract

Firstly, this paper introduces lean production, intelligent manufacturing and the relationship between the two, presents the lean intelligent manufacturing model, illustrates the importance of process optimization in this manufacturing mode. Then, it analyzes the problems existing in urban rail vehicle assembly, points out that the urban rail vehicle assembly is far away from the industry 4.0. In order to reduce the cost and improve the efficiency and quality, it is necessary for enterprises to optimize the process based on the lean intelligent manufacturing model. Finally, this paper presents a framework model for the optimization of assembly process for urban rail vehicle based on the lean intelligent manufacturing. The model mainly includes: process knowledge base construction and management, process intelligent design and simulation optimization, process layout planning and simulation optimization, process implementation and evaluation. Then this paper analyzes the key technologies of each module in the model.
