Abstract

The article addresses the question of how to reconcile ethically responsible behavior with the bottom line in a distinctly Jesuit way. The authors argue that Jesuit business schools should foster the development of individual students' habits of virtue, showing clearly how these habits are connected to personal beliefs, business beliefs, and business performance. The article introduces the Magis Method for incorporating virtue into the curriculum.
