Abstract
This study explores the application of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) in the context of the Indian passenger car industry's supply chain, with a specific focus on addressing technical uncertainties. The research aims to investigate how TAM can be leveraged to enhance the adoption and utilization of advanced technologies, thereby improving supply chain efficiency and resilience. The Indian passenger car industry is experiencing rapid growth, driven by increasing demand and technological advancements. However, technical uncertainties pose significant challenges to supply chain management. The Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) offers a valuable framework for understanding the factors influencing technology adoption. This study integrates TAM into the supply chain of the Indian passenger car industry to identify key drivers and barriers to technology acceptance.
