Abstract
By adopting chemical coagulation + efficient sedimentation tank + hydrolysis acidification composite reactor + biological contact oxidation tank + Biological Aerated Filter + adsorption filter integrated processing design, the wastewater from ink production and printing ink application has been treated here. The testing results shown that the effects of the integration treatment process on Ink Wastewater of 500 tons per day are reasonable. The cost of the process is not more than 1.8 Yuan/t, and it can be a better integrated process.
