Abstract

In order to effectively saving the highway operating energy consumption and reducing operating costs under the premise of safe and efficient operations, a large number of energy-saving technologies have been applied in the new energy, energy-saving facilities, energy-saving control technology and energy-saving engineering measures areas which have achieved manifest economic and social benefit. However, the above-mentioned energy-saving technologies are focus on the particular aspect of highway operating energy-saving, and the mutual promotion or restraining effects between various energy-saving technologies are rarely involved. Therefore, these technologies are not integrated in system perspective, and which leaded to the restricting of the existing operational effectiveness of the mentioned energy-saving technologies. In this paper, the integration and optimization technology of highway operating energy-saving technologies is studied in system perspective, the integration and optimization principles of highway operating energy-saving technologies are provided, and subsequently a Three Hierarchical Integrated and Optimization Model Framework (HIOMF) and its implementation algorithm which integrated the suitability assessment, energy saving assessment and system optimization evaluation of energy-saving technologies are given.
