Abstract
The USSR Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education is distributing for guidance the Regulations on Graduate Training at Higher Educational Institutions and Scientific Research Establishments, including amendments which stem from the resolution of the CPSU Central Committee and the USSR Council of Ministers of November 16, 1967, No. 1064, and agreed upon jointly with the USSR Council of Ministers' State Committee on Science and Technology and the USSR Academy of Sciences.
