Abstract

The aim of the article is to study the issues of the use of innovative technologies in modern media: management decision support systems, artificial neural networks and Swarm Intelligence.Research methodology is based on such general scientific methods as: synthesis, analysis of comparison, as well as applied: modelling, forecasting.Results. The study of systematization of management processes dates back to the seventeenth century, when R. Descartes, G. Galilei and E. Torricelli first raised this issue. Today, these technologies are not widely used in the media space, which requires a scientific elaboration of this issue. The most promising use of support systems for management solutions in traditional media (television, radio, press) is system monitoring with the formation of relevant databases and graphical presentation of the results. The use of artificial neural networks is more effective for the latest media, including social online networks and interactive online publications. The principles and corresponding roaming intelligence systems will be a convenient tool for managing information processes precisely in social online networks.Novelty. This study enabled to summarize the experience of using innovative information management tools in social online networks and to identify promising directions for their further development, in particular in such areas as systems for making decisions, Swarm Intelligence, artificial neural networks. The practical significance lies in the prospect of applying innovative management tools to social networks, in the process of training, implementation of practical tasks and further scientific research. Keywords: social online networks, support systems of managerial decision-making, Swarm Intelligence, artificial neural networks.
