Abstract

The article deals with the concept of innovative technologies in the field of personnel management of modern organizations. The main factors-catalysts, which cause necessity of introduction of innovative approaches in personnel management are determined. Particular attention is paid to the innovative technologies demanded for various areas of company management, as well as resources and risks, without which it would be difficult to obtain positive results from the introduction of innovative technologies in human resources management. The article analyzes the basic methods of personnel management, presented in the works of domestic and foreign scientists. The necessity of search of innovative methods of personnel management as a strategic resource of enterprises of the hospitality industry in modern conditions of management is mentioned. A number of methods of activating creativity and finding innovative ideas among the personnel are offered for the purpose of diversification of services of companies of the hospitality industry and increasing their competitiveness. Conclusions are made on the need to move to a new vision of the role of employees in the activities of service organizations and the search for methods to enhance their potential. Today, as a tribute to the fashion, the terms of foreign origin apply. One of them is coaching. Coaching is becoming fashionable, there is no unequivocal perception in Ukraine. Many people consider coaching to be the usual training or praxotherapy, mentoring. Coaching is a tool for optimizing human potential and effective activities. As a kind of management, coaching is a purposeful process of developing the potential of employees at each organizational level, which helps to maximize personal productivity and effective performance throughout the organization. It is proved in the article that in the market conditions the effectiveness of the organization's economic activity depends on the ability of its personnel to respond adequately to changes in the internal and external environment. The degree of such a reaction depends, above all, on certain people, their knowledge, experience, skills, motivation, ability to solve current problems. If coaching, as a type of management, is a purposeful process of developing the potential of employees at each organizational level, which contributes to maximizing personal productivity and effective performance throughout the organization, and NLP is an effective communication methodology that has a practical orientation with the rapid achievement of effective results, that the application of innovative technologies in management and personnel management is an effective means of development both of individuals and organizations (enterprises) in yl and implementation experience in domestic enterprises is appropriate to the efficient development in a rapidly changing external and internal environment.
