AbstractAt present, the design of the dance curriculum system in Chinese colleges and universities is relatively reasonable, but there is still a formal phenomenon, and the practicality is not strong. Therefore, based on the practical guiding ideology of colleges in the era of BD, innovative designs of curriculum content and teaching methods are proposed. On the basis of the comprehensive development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical and beauty, the sustainable development of dance practice courses is guaranteed. The construction of practical dance courses is of great significance to improve the teaching efficiency of dance courses in our country. This article combines the characteristics of actual dance courses and the development status of dance courses in our country, innovates the content settings and teaching methods of practical dance courses, and completes the overall design concept of the construction of practical dance courses by using scientific methods.
