Abstract

Lightweight wall forming machine is the use of fly ash and other industrial waste for lightweight wall panel extrusion manufacturing of automated molding equipment, there are equipment automation, low degree of mechanization, product quality can not be controlled and other shortcomings. This paper completes the innovative design of the lightweight wall forming machine by establishing a three-dimensional model of the lightweight wall forming machine, performing motion analysis and force analysis of the spiral reamer of the equipment, and completing the control circuit design of the device, based on the mechanical analysis and finite element analysis of the spiral reamer and vibration cavity, the rationality of the innovative design structure of the lightweight wall forming machine is verified. The innovative design of the lightweight wall forming machine can achieve automatic production, high production efficiency, can achieve continuous board making, is conducive to improving the surface light sensitivity of the wall panel, increase production efficiency.
