Abstract
The growth of the population's demand for urbanization besides the globalization of the economy and technology, leads to the depletion of natural resources, requiring a new vision of business focused on sustainability. In this scenario, the Civil construction has been acting in a participatory way in designing and thinking, aiming to reduceimpacts to the environment. The Jardim das Perdizes neighborhood, located in the Barra Funda region of São Paulo, is the first to receive the AQUA certification of sustainable neighborhood, and has several constructive techniques and equipment bringing improvement and economics of the use of natural resources, with Predictedrates of reduction of 35% of water consumption and 25% of energy consumption, in addition to the high performance of buildings, spaces and equipment. Moreover, within the undertaking there is also a park donated to the public sector with complete infrastructure, integrating the leisure space with the interrelations of society andthe ways of thinking sustainability. It is possible to observe with the study that the actions of fostering sustainable constructions benefit the environment with the reduction of raw material consumption and non-renewable resources, to the population with more planned and better income spaces and to the market Real estate, valuingbuildings.

A certificação AQUA (Alta Qualidade Ambiental) é a versão brasileira adaptada do HQE (França) que foi implantada no Brasil pela Fundação Vanzolini, que é uma instituição sem fins lucrativos, responsável por toda implantação da certificação AQUA-HQE, que define a qualidade ambiental do edifício e dos seus equipamentos, os conjuntos de operação, de construção ou adaptação, que conferem as competências para satisfazer as necessidades de oferecer uma análise sobre os impactos ambientais gerados no ambiente exterior e a criação de ambientes interiores confortáveis (Pinheiro, 2006)
Summary
Primeiro bairro brasileiro a ter suas Emissões de Gases de Efeito Estufa - GEE - inventariadas, com base na metodologia do programa Brasileiro do GHG Protocol, incluindo, dentro do período de execução de sua infraestrutura, além da compra de materiais de fornecedores próximos, redução de circulação de caminhões e aproveitamento de resíduos. Produtos das mudanças e adoções de sistemas ambientalmente mais eficientes, como por exemplo, um sistema de drenagem urbana diferenciada que é capaz de infiltrar toda a água de chuva e não sobrecarregar o sistema de drenagem da região, trazendo mais economia para a manutenção e durabilidade da infraestrutura, bem como um sistema de Iluminação Pública com lâmpadas LED aumentando a vida útil dos produtos e, consequentemente, maior economicidade para o empreendimento e condôminos. Dessa forma, esse empreendimento está alinhado, aderente e permeado com a Agenda 2030 e as metas do ODS 11 – Objetivo de Desenvolvimento Sustentável 11 / Cidades e Comunidades Sustentáveis (AGENDA 2030, 2018). Outro conceito agregador ao empreendimento Bairro Planejado Jardim das Perdizes é a definição de uma edificação sustentável, na qual se considera seu impacto sobre a saúde ambiental e humana e, então, o diminui. O objetivo é analisar quais métodos sustentáveis o Jardim das Perdizes apresenta, identificando os impactos e mudanças que o emprego de tais técnicas agregam ao empreendimento
