Abstract

The form of teaching organization and teaching methods play a very important role. It greatly influences the quality and effectiveness of students' physical education studies in universities in Vietnam. In this article, the author focuses on researching and proposing necessary changes in teaching Physical Education at universities in Vietnam.The article emphasizes the importance of improving teaching methods to optimize the learning experience and comprehensive development of students. The author useed the interview method to conduct detailed interviews with students and lecturers to better understand their perspectives and experiences in teaching and learning physical education. Results show that innovating methods of teaching Physical Education for students at universities in Vietnam is an important factor for the comprehensive development of students and the education system in general. According to the results we can say that to achieve these goals, close cooperation is needed between stakeholders, including lecturers, students, school administrators and the social community.
