Abstract

The article discusses an innovation management in a company in a socially-oriented market economy. Effective methods of innovation management are chosen. The concept of innovation is clarified. The authors concluded that to achieve maximum business efficiency and to take a leading position in the market is impossible without effective innovation management in a company.
