Abstract

The purpose of this article is to extend the interactive innovation model of the service sector so that it can be used to interpret innovation processes in the industrial service sector more exactly. As industrial service is very special, which serve for the industry, the innovation in industrial service needs special research tool. The research tool in innovation in service pointed out by Sundbo is extended in this paper. The characteristic of the extended research tool is analyzed as while as necessity. Some example on how to use the tool is also given. Base on the analysis and the example, it is pointed out that the interaction is a very good window for the research on the innovation in industrial service.
