Abstract

The aim of this study is to probe and verify the concept of innovation culture and innovation performance via multi-level organizational behavior questionnaire. It tests the relationship mechanism between innovation culture and innovation performance on the basis of multivariate statistical analysis. The study concludes that innovation culture and innovation performance are multi-dimensional structure. Innovation culture has a significant positive correlation with innovation performance. Innovation performance of SME in China under high innovation culture is significantly greater than others under low innovation culture.
