Abstract
Technological innovations in the areas of information technology and telecommunications affect the processes of accelerated change, forming perhaps the largest in the way of life of man revolution. The author reviews the changes produced by these phenomena in the structure of organizations, as well as their relation with the environment. Whereas it should be mentioned consecutive technical transformation of society, the economy and talking about organizational transformation. Today, the keys to change are in the new business concept that has emerged with technological innovations, teleworking, and software, to create what is today called networking; network relationships.
