Pedagogy and Medicine come together in the field of training, from action research. The European Higher Education Area (EHEA) has been an opportunity to rethink and design the clinical practices of Urology, according to the proposed principles, and which have been tried to respond, being this the main objective of the intervention. During the process, changes in the teaching of medical professionals and action research as a methodology favor the design of instruments and spaces for training, data collection, recording and subsequent evaluation of the training process. The results are oriented towards a global, personalized and responsible learning in the future professional practice. For teachers it implies a new organization of their subject, which allows them to obtain evidence of progress and training needs, while also facilitating the evaluation of content.
