Abstract

The energy spectrum of charge carriers in inhomogeneous metal oxide films is studied. The principle of specifying the potential on the boundary of nanomaterial/substrate, nanomaterial/atmosphere is demonstrated using the theory of fractals. The energy of the dimension quantization levels in the tin dioxide films with a fractal surface is numerically assessed.
