Abstract
An unusual case of inguinal node metastases occurring thirty-five years afer a Torek orchiopexy is presented. These metastases were thought to occur secondary to viable testicular tissue remaining in the thigh, undergoing malignant change, and metastasizing to the subinguinal lymph nodes.
